New Mexico High Country Adventures is proud to offer overnight drop camps in the heart of the Pecos Wilderness. This excursion allows you to take a horse ride through New Mexico’s high country and set up camp. Choose a location within 8 miles of our stables, explore the land with our experienced wranglers, and spend the night under the starry night sky.
The trip takes course over 24 hours while riding through the Santa Fe National Forest and Pecos Wilderness. Come prepared with gear, but make sure to pack light! And don’t forget to bring a camera – you’ll want to take photographs of the scenic views.
